Ordering

Shopping in our online store is easy and secure. We process your order promptly and normally deliver products within a few business days of the payment transaction. If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately by email.

Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. If you are under 18, written consent from a guardian is required.

Price Information

All prices in the webshop are stated in Euros (€) and include VAT at 25.5%. The price applicable at the time of purchase is the price charged.

Payment Terms via Visma Pay

Payments are processed by Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business ID 2486559-4), an authorized payment institution under the supervision of the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. The recipient on your bank statement or credit card bill will be Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy.

All payment transactions are conducted via a secure SSL connection. Kylttipaja never has access to your card details or bank codes, and no such information is stored in our systems. For card payments, Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services are used for maximum security.

Payment Methods

Via Visma Pay, we offer the following options:

Online Banking: All major Finnish banks (OP, Nordea, Danske Bank, Savings Bank, OmaSp, Aktia, POP Bank, S-Bank, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken).
Card Payments: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard.
Mobile Payments: MobilePay, Pivo, and Siirto.
Invoicing and Installments: Jousto and Fellow Lasku.
Business Invoicing: For companies, municipalities, and associations, we offer invoicing with 14-day payment terms upon request.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver using Posti (Finnish Post). Depending on the size of the shipment, it is delivered as a letter directly to your mailbox or as a parcel to the nearest pick-up point.

Standard Delivery Time: 1–3 business days within Finland.
Shipping Cost: Automatically calculated based on weight and shown at checkout.
Bulky Goods: For heavy or long products (e.g., poles), manual shipping calculation may be required. Please contact info@kyltti.fi for a quote on large orders.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a private customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods. The product must be returned in substantially unchanged condition.

PLEASE NOTE: The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to customized products, such as correctly engraved or taped signs with your own text or design.

Return Instructions

Before a return is made, you must contact info@kyltti.fi for approval. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs according to the standard postal rates. Returns may not be sent as cash on delivery (COD).

Refunds

Upon an approved return, we will refund the full purchase amount (excluding return shipping) within 14 days of receiving the item or proof of return. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Complaints

If a product is defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@kyltti.fi. In case of any dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
